Telecommuting, a one-way journey, is a summary of best practices for to those that need implement or improve telecommuting.

This training activity is structured in 5 modules:
1st) This introduction, that explain why telecommuting.
2nd) Starting the Journey, to introduce ramp-up activities.
3rd) Orchestrating Telecommuting, to introduce a methodology framework capable to support this change.
4th) Productivity Tools, to introduce agnostically technology facilities that will enable implementation of Telecommuting.
5th) Closing the loop, dedicated to highlight management attention points and final conclusions.
